HOW TO BOOK - 3 easy steps

1) CHOOSE YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
Our site contains all the information you need to find your perfect holiday home.
Use our search engine and specific sections to find the right property for yourself in our selection.
If you do not find exactly what you are looking for call us at +39.347.5518961, or send an email to support@klabhouse.com or fill out the form Submit a Request by adding dates and any other specific request.
We will contact you immediately!

2) CHECK AVAILABILITY and PRICES
Find your ideal holiday home, check availability and prices for the period you requested online.
You can do it in two ways:
• In Home Page enter your destination or city, arrival and departure dates and number
of guests or the property name, arrival and departure dates and number of guests then
click the red button.
• In the "Check Availability" section of the property you have chosen.

3) BOOK
To book on our site just click the blue Book Now button on the page of the property chosen and fill in the form. Enter dates, number of guests, extra services of your choice and personal information and then send.
The reservation is complete when you receive our email with your "booking voucher".

Just a few more things:

BOOKING VOUCHER

Once your request has been received, our team will check the availability of the property for the dates indicated by you and confirm your reservation by email.

You will receive a "booking voucher" within 24 hours which will include all the booking details:
• the exact location of the property
• arrival and departure dates
• the final price, additional services
• information related to payment
• the name and phone number of the person responsible for your check-in and check-
out

PAYMENT TERMS

Within 3 days from our confirmation email we will ask you to pay:

1. An advance payment of 30% of the total price

2. The remaining 70% must be paid within 7 days before the start of the holiday, unless otherwise written.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

PAYPAL

We accept payment with PayPal, (with additional expenses), the most common and widespread online payment service.
This service is both safe and immediate and allows you to use credit and debit cards or current or PayPal accounts without revealing your account or card details to the receiver.

BANK TRANSFER

The easiest method of payment is the bank transfer, (without additional expenses).
You will receive our bank coordinates into your “booking voucher”.
Any bank commissions applied are to be paid by the sender.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit that will be returned on the day of departure, after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling.
Unless it is not specified differently in the description of apartment and in the” booking voucher”.

FINAL CLEANING FEE

The final cleaning fee that includes also the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in/check-out and the assistance during the stay, is included in the total rent.
